Bond Street studio and creative space is a new venture by Melbourne Photo Artist, Emma McEvoy.
The space, located in Mordialloc, is on the upper level of a large warehouse, above a pop up vintage wares shop. The studio has desk space for up to 6 artists and a shared meeting area. A large, double corner Cyclorama and another small room suitable for Natural light photography. Probably most exciting and convenient though is that it has prop and costume rooms, so you can hire some extremely unique pieces handpicked and collected by Emma over the years!
There is also a kitchen with a huge dining table, tea & coffee facilities, fridge & microwave. Men & women’s bathrooms, a hair and make-up/ dressing area, heating/cooling and unlimited internet access.
It is in close proximity to the Nepean Hwy, the Monash and the Eastlink. It is a 20 minute walk from the Mordialloc train station. Free parking all day and there is easy access for large items through a roller door. Rent and hire prices are up to 50% cheaper than CBD rates.
The Cyclorama is available for rent 24/7 and in house artists will also have 24 hr access.
We are now accepting expressions of interest from artists who want to work in a fun, affordable space with like minded creatives. Click here for more info www.bondststudio.com
